Hard Cover - $77 plus shipping (*) (Only available at this site) This is a limited edition with only 30 books being printed. It uses "Cased Bind" (like Swords & Roses), offering increased durability and is often referred to as a coffee table book. ISBN 979-8-9945719-0-3.
